I am a strict vegetarian, and my entire family knows it. They always prepare special dishes for me during the holidays, especially the delicious greens my mother cooks. Last night I found out that she cooked the greens using pork and pork fat, and just always took the meat out before I got there. #MNS
Tonight I saw a commercial for Burger King, advertising a free giveaway of their new french fries. I actually got sad that they got rid of the old ones. They were so yummy. #MNS
Tonight marked the end of a 10 day diet program I have been following. I spent hundreds of dollars on exercise equipment, workout clothes, and food. I followed the plan perfectly. I weighed myself this evening, sure that I had shed tons of weight, I only lost 1.5 pounds. #MNS
I am away on an extended business trip, and my wife and young daughter are back at home. We skyped and my wife showed me the delicious meal she had prepared.Seeing that food made me hungry, so I heated up my dinner; a can of Chef Boyardee lasagna.
I made a delicious sandwich on a hard roll as my reward for sticking to my diet and exercise plan. First bite, I break my tooth on the roll. I guess it’s time to face my fear of the dentist. #MNS
I have to make 3 dozen cupcakes for my son’s class party tomorrow. I got a late start and rushed them a bit. After a good 20 minutes in the oven, I went to check on the cupcakes and see the eggs that I should have used still sitting on the counter. I had to go back to the store and start all over. #MNS
Starving, I went to tear open a bag of beef jerky but couldn’t rip it. I tried everything, then I grabbed a knife to cut the bag open. The knife slipped and cut my hand. #MNS
